Mr. Badarinarayan Mandyam - CEO

Mr. Badari Mandyam has over 30 years of management and consulting experience (Silicon Valley, CA, USA and India) in implementing CRM, ERP and Web-based apps for leading companies like Cisco Systems, HP, VISA, Aspect Telecommunication, et al. Prior to founding Fluent, Badari Mandyam was a CRM Consultant at XO Communications, and also at Aspect Telecommunications, San Jose, CA. He has also provided SAP and Database consulting services at HP, California. Mr. Badari Mandyam has an MS in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina(USA) and an undergrad BS degree in Electronics from Bangalore University, India. He provides executive guidance to all activities and operations of Fluent.

Mr. Ravi Samji - Director, Technical

Mr.Ravi Samji has over 25 years of experience in Financials, Healthcare, Cloud and Telematics/Mobile Industries. As Technical Director, Ravi Samji is in charge of the solution architecting, design, and implementation of all our projects. Prior to Fluent, Ravi was a Director, Technology at Yodlee, where he developed a highly successful Data Aggregation and SaaS Financial application. Ravi was a Co-founder of Prediction Logic (California, USA) where he led a team in building Open Source Business Intelligence and Sales Compensation products for the Mortgage industry. Prior to that, Ravi worked as an Architect at Sapient Corp. (San Francisco, USA).

Mr. M R Prasad - Director, Advisory

Mr. Prasad has over over 35 years of experience in various medium and large Private & Public sector organizations. He has held various Executive positions in top organizations (including TCS) in INDIA. Prasad has worked in the areas of Planning, Operations Management and Information Services. Over the last 20 years he has been a Senior Management Consultant to various organizations in the areas of Business Strategy, World Class Organization and Culture building, Organization study, Management and HR – audit and development, IT strategy and planning, India entry strategies and JV partnering. His field of specialization is in the areas of Management Services, Strategic Planning and Business Planning. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering – College of Engineering, UVCE, Bangalore and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering & Management – NITIE, Mumbai.

Anant Pai - VP, Product Management

Mr. Pai has over 30 years of experience in the Financial & Enterprise industry. He has worked in designing banking software, and been part of designing and implementing inter bank reconciliation system. Been part of the team that developed stock exchange back office software to calculate and monitor all the trades and the margin accounting of the traders for Bangalore stock exchange. Designed and worked on CTRM software for coffee and sugar. Has designed and implemented risk management and derivatives MTM modules in the CTRM filed.
